My running is more like a shuffle now, but what works for me is Newton Fate shoes. Their unique forefoot outsole keeps me from tripping. The only downside is that they rarely last longer than 200 miles due to heel wear.

Have also tried the Brooks Ghost 11 not digging the toe box at all not sure what they’ve done differently but looking at other companies altogether.

Had the 6, 7 and 8 Supernova Glide and loved them. Reviews say the 9 is completely different. I bought the st, and I’m not a fan. I have knee issues and wonder if you can suggest a substitute compatible with the older Supernova Glide?
